Serves 2 -3 (If serving a family I would advise to double the ingredients)

You will need: 

Base: Kidney beans 1 can 

Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp 

Paprika 1 tsp 

Canned tomatoes 1 can 

Onion 1 (chopped) 

Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)

Spinach (handful)
